After an unfortunate event at the Solstice Parade in Westwick makes Daire's magic boil over, she runs off to The Apple Wood to let off some steam. After she gets too close to the Forbidden Path and has a run in with a Manticore, her aunt Isla is injured trying to save her. Now, Daire must ask the wicked Green Witch for help and pay the price for using her magic in order to save her beloved aunt.
