That week, three murders have been recorded, evidence of each tracing back to the same criminals who have mysteriously disappeared."
Devin was next. If he didn't give them what he wanted... well, they wouldn't be pleased.
Ever since Devin went to jail for shoplifting an iPhone, his life was turned upside down. He made stupid promises, stupid decisions; he knew he would have to pay with his life instead of his cash.
Devin has a secret that he wouldn't even tell the one person he is closest to: his sister, Jayden.
So when Devin's family was forced to run away from town, many others joined them. Though they'd think they would be safe, Devin knows many things that everyone doesn't.

I can't keep the smile off my face as I take my seat on the plane. I slide my bag under the seat and lean back. I close my eyes and let a blissful smile grace my face.
