On the planet Cybertron the war is just beginning for the Autobots and Decepticons. However there is casualties on both sides. An Autobot named Cobalt is feeling the loss the most. His sparkmate was killed by a Decepticon and he plans for vengeance. However when the Decepticons create a new biological weapon called Virus Cobalt's plans for revenge are brought to an abrupt halt. When Cobalt and his daughter fall gravely ill the only one who can save them is the Decepticon who killed his sparkmate. When secrets unravel Cobalt may find that the Decepticon that killed his sparkmate might not be so bad after all.
