Guild of the Gifted a shadow organization would use the child as a weapon. Her gift was ultimate cancellation of quirks and gifts alike. But the true power lived within her blood. She could completely erase someones ablitiy, quirk or gift. There are some exceptions like her father and mother others with the same blood type. Because of the secondary power the Guild would begin slowly erasing the world of quirks giving them great power! Her mother knew this would happen so she did the only thing she could to protect her child. Giving up her own life to hide her daughter.
 Sent her to her father and explained that she must stay hidden and her true powers unknown! Until she was old enough to fight against the Guild!
