The life of Otto~

Long, long, long ago there were Kings, queens, princesses, princes, witches, wizards, werewolves, meifwa, and creatures of many sorts. King Derek and Queen Maya are the rulers of all the land, they are unruly and greety. They have a daughter, princess Tatum. They all live in the kingdom of pure. Except the only pure person there is Tatum.
Tatum is the very opposite of her parents. she's kind, caring, trusting, selfless, and believes that Phemen, half Pheonix half human, don't deserve to die and derserve to live among everyone else.
Phemen are rare. So rare that .0001% of creatures see them in a lifetime. Phemen are honestly overpowered if they've ever had training. Phemen can learn any magic quicker than you can say quidditch, and that's no stretch. It's because they're that powerful that the king and queen want them dead or that's what they say. Nobody actually have ever seen the king or queen execute a Phemen in front of an audience.
The only information we have on Phemen is from the king and queen, and even that information is little.
Now for the story, this story is about how a boy named Otto. Otto's mother died giving birth to Otto, or at least that's what his father said, and Otto's father died protecting Otto from the king and queen guards once they found out where Otto and his father lived. Let's start the story from there....
