Reality is often stranger than fiction.
During the mid-1980s, just outside the urban village of Rockslide, Arizona lies a haunted thicket where a witch's brew of supernatural begins to bubble. Self-taught ghosthunter Ryan Bergara investigates what he believes to be the portal of theses odd occurrences - a small bookshop. While on the prowl for some ghouls, the young investigator meets a sarcastic skeptic whose tall shadow supposedly houses quite the history.
Disclaimer: This story contains crude profanity in many instances, however, the mild swearing is used for comedic purposes as well as characterization through dialogue. There is no derogatory or sexual language, as well as any words that some may find offensive otherwise. And on that note: there are no romantic or sexual relationships portrayed in this story either (sorry if that's what you're looking for - I personally will not support Shyan as anything more than a platonic bromance).

The Buzzfeed Unsolved boys have done their fair share of investigations over the years, both from behind their desk and out and about on location. This time, however, was different. Something was off, and Ryan had a feeling it wasn't just his fear of the paranormal getting to him. Paranormal conspirators have said to have witnessed Olive doing mundane activities around the house such as baking cakes and cookies, dancing to old show tunes, and attempting to get two ignorant ghostbusters to finally realise their feelings for one another. The classic AU of "demon" Shane Madej. Shane is not a demon himself, but he is rather a medium that can see spirits, ghosts and supernatural entities that others cannot. He can feel the aura's of other's emotions and the slightest changes in the environment. He can communicate with spirits and scare them away. Demons, however are not so easily fooled.
