Underneath a Winter's Moon

Inspired by Erutan's song, "Winter Moon" from the Raindancer album; this story is merely a small one-shot that is meant to convey my emotional feelings as a more positive outlet after experiencing a loss. My loss is certainly different than the one here as is my reactions; but they have been no less painful.

I encourage anyone who has not heard the song to listen to it first; as the story's timing of play-out will make a bit more sense.
