When tuning in to the parallel world seems to be the only way to explain Liz's sudden disappearance, high school students Maxx, Zero and Axes try everything they could to bring her back. Scientists trap and use them to open up the portal to the other world while secrets and lies continue to muddle their already problematic relationship.
