Many people know about Cinderella’s story. She had a wicked stepmother and two stepsisters who would abuse Cinderella until one day, her fairy godmother appeared and made her beautiful for the ball, where she met her Prince Charming and the glass slipper fell off. However, the true story, is well hidden within this fairy tale. 
Cinderella’s real name was actually Briana, and she wasn’t normal. She was a witch. And not the warty hag with a broomstick and wicked laugh. Those aren’t witches. Briana was a powerful witch, but in her time, magic was outlawed. 
Before I get too carried away, we should start this story. It all begins with the famous words everybody knows.

But his step-father is busy plotting how his own son can win Charmaine's heart and doesn't want Elliot getting in the way. They will soon discover that Charmaine won't be easily charmed. She doesn't need a husband to rule by her side and she's going to use these balls to prove it. That is, until a friend from her past reappears and she discovers that falling in love doesn't have to mean losing control. Ella was always taught to look deeper than the tales she has heard, and she will have to look much deeper into herself and everything she has known about her life, as she journeys deep into the enchanted forest to either save or kill her step mother.
