Wuthering Heights is Emily Brontë's only novel. The story is told in layers, a format that has earned the novel much praise despite initial mixed reviews. It is the story of Catherine and Heathcliff and how their unresolved passion eventually destroys them both.

Sophia Bennett, a 23 year old woman, looking for a job which will pay her enough to use that money to pay off the debt she had taken for her sister's accident. Quitting her old job as it was getting her nowhere in life, she stumbles across Wilson Company and to her surprise gets the job. What she didn't expect was that she would become the secretary of the heir, William's secretary. He is not fun to be around. William drowned by his past of seeing his sister in a vulnerable state and blaming himself for what happened a few years ago, closes off from the romance and love, and dedicates his life to his sister and work. But when Sophia comes along, his entire world changes. He experiences the forbidden feelings he thought he'll never experience and is unable to handle those feelings. To top that, Sophia's father hate rich men like William and decides to arrange her marriage with someone else, when he finds out that Sophia is working for William. This is definitely going to cause a lot of drama in their life as Wilson family doesn't go quietly into the night. Not to forget William's past. Many situations arises where William has to choose between his sister and Sophia, creating a series of problems. So, how will this affect William and Sophia's not-so-perfect story? Read to find out. This story will contain some mature content. I would recommend people who are not comfortable to skip those parts. I'll put a warning at the beginning of the chapter. This book shares the story of Sophia Bennett and William Wilson. Book 2 in Wilson series. The story can be read as stand alone too. Cover by @arpitpall

Gilbert Markham is fascinated by Helen Graham, the beautiful and enigmatic woman who has recently moved into Wildfell Hall. He is swift to befriend her and steadfastly refutes the local gossip calling her character and behaviour into question, yet he soon has cause to regret his infatuation, and grave doubts and misgivings begin to arise in his mind. It is only when Helen presents Gilbert with her diary and instructs him to read it that the shocking truth about her past life becomes clear. Anne Brontë was the daughter of Maria (born Branwell) and Patrick Brontë, a poor Irish clergyman in the Church of England. Anne lived most of her life with her family at the parish of Haworth on the Yorkshire moors. Otherwise she attended a boarding school in Mirfield between 1836 and 1837, and between 1839 and 1845 lived elsewhere working as a governess. In 1846 she published a book of poems with her sisters and later two novels, initially under the pen name Acton Bell. Her first novel, Agnes Grey, was published in 1847 with Wuthering Heights. Her second novel, The Tenant of Wildfell Hall, was published in 1848. The Tenant of Wildfell Hall is thought to be one of the first feminist novels. Anne died at 29, probably of pulmonary tuberculosis. After Anne's death her sister Charlotte edited Agnes Grey to fix issues with its first edition, but prevented republication of The Tenant of Wildfell Hall. This is one reason why Anne is not as well known as her sisters. Nonetheless both of Anne's novels are considered classics of English literature. Source:Wikipedia
