Kim Haneul, a chaebol, works as a resident at Saenghwal Hospital, during the day. When the night falls, he treats patients who are not able to bring themselves to the hospital, or more specifically, illegal civilians or people in the underground businesses. After a close friend warns Haneul about the consequences of his outlawed activities, he opts for the safer route, planning to back away.

But during his last transgression, Haneul meets the very man that cautioned him, a whole new attitude at his disposal. Although, Black Ace, an underground fighter, believes the man with electric blue hair to be absurd in claiming to have known him for years.
