    Russia just moved into a new neighborhood and will soon attend CH Highschool. There he meets a person, America and he just makes Russia feel a feeling he never felt before... He never really liked people other than his family. But Russia has  only one thing in his way... Japan. What will he do to win America's heart? Will he be able to?
