Hello! My name is Ericka and i'm starting a diary to document what goes on in my life on a daily basis! Living in a hotel for monsters is sure to bring up some shenanigans here and there.

The space between us disappeared. "Scared of what he'll say?" His hot breath was vexing, in both agony and tone. My eyes narrowed at his assumptions that I cared enough. "Aren't you scared of what I'll do?" My eyes casted down to the wand he didn't see slide up. It was pointed at the firm hand on my throat. "You've always underestimated me, Malfoy." Each word dripped like honey, causing his smirk to twist. A cat and mouse stuck in tormenting circles. His gaze dropped to my lips, a heat igniting in the silence between us. - Where there is smoke: there's fire. The same smokey eyes that watched her too closely all these years. Lillian Petunia Potter, named after her mother, had to fly under the radar and hide in the shadows while her infamous twin brother basked in the hero limelight. She played too close with fire and got herself burned one too many times. Will Malfoy cause her life to go up in flames? Based off of hotel Transylvania. Romance. Short Story. Book 1. The Count is the sequel to this story. - I tense up as Maven spins me around to face him. His eyes glistening with salty tears, or what I presume to be. Johnny stays hunched behind me, his shoulders shaking as he holds back his own tears. I stare at Maven, my heart felt like it was being crushed at the site of his broken expression. "Is it true? Are you a human?" I look down and sigh, the grayish pale makeup on my hands smeared showing my natural skin. "Yes." He sucks in a sharp breath as he places his hands gently on mine pulling them up between our bodies. "I don't care, I still wanna be with you." he lets go of one hand and cups my face in the other. I couldn't help but smile softly as his eyes lit up, a gentle loving smile on his face as he rubs a finger on my cheek. I look past him towards Dracula's fear filled eyes. I felt my throat close up when I realized what I had to do. I pull Maven's hand away from my face and release our laced fingers stepping back. I avert my eyes and glare at the ground. "I-I don't want to be with you. Because you're a blood sucking monster. I hate monsters." I seethe out, all the anger in my tone directed at myself. My heart in my throat when feel Johnny grab my wrist pulling me away from Maven, his eyes widen just slightly as a single tear drips down his pale face. "You don't mean that." he utters, his voice shaking. "Goodbye Maven." I force a stern tone to my voice as I don't spare him a glance, Johnny pulling me out of the ballroom. When the doors slam shut behind me I let my emotions go. I let out a sob that wracked my body in full tremors. I fall into Johnny's side as he sighs and squeezes my shoulder walking us both out of the main entrance to the hotel. - Viewer Discretion Advised, how? because I wrote it.Complete

These serious "topics" can happen to anybody, even a human or AWTOK member. So far, I've already vented my uncomfortableness around my father, some of my struggles with religion, and feminine issues like periods. Please also be aware that this book will mention some controversial topics in the Mythical community, such as AWTOK, the "Masked Ones", Hunters, Multi-Breeds, and more. Some of these topics I do believe in, and some I do not. !!!Trigger Warning End!!! I am Alice Voltaire, a Nekomimi previously working under the security devision of the Mythical Protection Alliance (MPA) (around the December entries was when I start having issues, and December eleventh was when I planned out how to quit my job). The company is currently in undercover war with AWTOK/Hunters. This is serious, as many Mythicals have gotten serious injuries or killed, and innocent humans can be endangered. Even humans can find a place here in this journal, possibly choosing to work to become a Mythical (You will see later on in this book as I progress and grow as a person that I am prepared for war, but was hoping it did not happen). I had this idea last night after a few drinks, a pounding headache, and an excessive amount of throat lozenges. In order to inspire me to write more often than I currently do, I am planning to write a new post every day and publish it, allowing me to rant about whatever is on my mind. Anything goes with this story. Maybe I will talk about something deep and metaphysical about the meaning of human existence, or rant about why my life sucks and how I prefer iced tea over hot tea. Anything goes. This is just an inspiration to allow me to write SOMETHING every single day of the year. Hopefully I can keep up.... If I end up deleting this story, I guess you'll know that I failed.
