Cooling Fire

It burned without mercy, spreading all around my body. I lay on the ground, rolled in a ball. I looked around me to see fire. The forest around me was consumed in fire. The once green leaves now a shade of crispy brown.

All I can think about is all the things I wish I had done before this moment and all the things that happened in the past.

Finally I started to see black around my vision. It was time for me to leave this world..........
