Shaking off his husky voice and the sight of his gorgeous face, I grasped the door handle, pulling it open, letting its temperature calm down my nerves. Stepping up into the familiar palace walls I prepared to find Mother when suddenly a hand gripped my upper arm. I was forcefully pulled back out into the cool night air. My body was pinned against the closest wall, immediately followed by his body, keeping me in place.
