Ethan Morgan had always been a nervous person. And starting high school did not help the situation. He was the biggest nerd in the school, along with his friends Rory and Benny. Meaning that he had only ever known being unpopular. His huge crush on the school's newest cheerleader, Zelda Harris, could only get him in trouble. But when White Chapel becomes a supernatural playground, Ethan and his friends have to face their fears and toughen up. 

Meanwhile, Zelda stood at the top of the high school food chain, basking in the glory of popularity. She was a stunning, straight-A student with nothing to fear. 

At least until she gets dragged into Ethan's vampire hunting quest. When he risks his life for her so much, it's hard not to see how much he cares about her. But before she realizes it's okay to embrace her geeky side, her social status drops drastically.
