Reincarnation didn't seem to change him, though he wasn't sure he had any moral compass/ subconscious in this life, or the last one. But who needs one when you're in a power hungry, lying, cheating, murderous world.
Reincarnation didn't change a lot of things, the only difference being that now they have ninjas.
