(•_•) ON HOLD (•_•) A story of how messing up can bring us together. Sort of. Maybe? Emily Scott: a cursing, sarcastic tough girl. (because duh) Jace Young: the new guy in town. (roll reversal) Just to be clear: neither is 'super popular' or a 'nerd who doesn't get noticed by anybody'. Teenagers. That's it, do I need to say anything more? For the ones that need some convincing: Teenagers (most of us) are known for messing up, what happens when two teenagers who have ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with each other start messing up the other's life? 'I just paid for my lunch when someone runs into me, making me drop my lunch. "Asshole! What the fuck! Don't you have eyes? Fucking use them!", I yell, who the fuck does he think he is? Just because he's new here doesn't mean he can get away with everything!' 'Well too late, because he just saw me standing here like an idiot. "Babe!" Aah, fuck! I put on my -fake- smile and hug him. "Oh my god! I missed you so much this summer!", I cringe, no I didn't. To be honest, I didn't even think about him during vacation. Does that make me a bad girlfriend?' 'The girl is running through my mind again, I swear by now she has probably done the 20K... Twice. I decide to check my phone and see three missed calls and a few texts' 'Emily nods and grabs her phone again, 'wow, addicted much?''

Olivia Wren grew up in a strict household-the kind with rules for everything: when to go to bed, where she could be, and constant location tracking the second she left the house. Most teenagers would've rebelled. But not Liv. She followed every rule down to the last letter. So when she got to college, it made sense that she'd use her freedom to the fullest. Parties, late nights, no one watching her every move. For a while, it felt like everything she'd missed out on. But after two years, the freedom starts to lose its shine. With nothing solid to fall back on, Liv lets herself go. It takes hitting a low point to realize that the girl she's become isn't who she wants to be anymore. Then there's Jace Rylan Camden. The kind of guy Liv's sworn off. He shows up to class drunk on the first day-not exactly the best first impression. He's an athlete, lives in a frat house, and hangs out with his loud group of friends. Basically, everything Liv's tried to leave behind. But when casual class interactions turn into seeing each other outside of it, Liv starts to question whether she's really moved on-or if Jace might be different from what she thought. Especially when the two stumble into a fake relationship- kind of will be hard to keep away from each other this way huh?
