Eric roars and as I'm about to walk through the door, I hear his cold voice yet again, "Not you Via, you stay," The others flood out and I stay planted near the door, he slowly stalks towards me and I find myself walking backward until I've hit the door behind me, I slightly jump from shock and let out yet another shaky sigh, he puts both of his arms beside my head, easily towering over me. "I'm going to break you," he starts, speaking darkly as he looks directly into my eyes, "I'm not sure how, but I will, and I'm going too," "You can't break something that's already been broken by someone else," I whisper, barely audible but I know he hears it. "Who could have possibly broken you? You lived in Amity, Baby doll," he snarls, and I push him out of the way with my shoulder. I walked out of there. (As of 3/28/2019) #1 in Divergent-12.7 stories. Eric Lets Go
Dauntless has created an image for Eric after an incident during his initiation and no one knows the real him nor do they want to know the real him. When it is time for new initiates, he has to overlook their training as part of his leader training. When an Amity transfer gets a little too close to Eric, she wants to know who he really is, NOT the ruthless leader image he projects to be. Eric doesn't know how to react because no one has ever tried to get close to him before so how should he react? Will he react in a good or bad way? Does she despise the real Eric or will she help him let go of the past and love the real him? All rights/ credits go to Veronica Roth. I did not make this story myself just the few characters and other twists I threw in there. Veronica Roth is a great writer so if you haven't read the Divergent series, it's your loss.
