You're My Sol

Penelope Iven doesn't care that she's a social outcast. It's just further proof of her superiority. She is the school's undisputed star student--a meticulous perfectionist who works best alone.
That is, until Marisol Téllez bursts into room 208.
Bubbly, brilliant, and relentlessly kind, Marisol is a whirlwind Penelope isn't sure how to handle. Armed with a ridiculously bright smile and a determination to break down Penelope's walls, Marisol makes it impossible to resist being pulled into her orbit.
But as Penelope is dragged into the light, she begins to spot the shadows. Beneath Marisol's warmth lies a hidden depth--and a story she is desperate to keep quiet.
Forced to navigate a closeness neither expected, Penelope's perfect facade begins to fracture. As buried secrets begin to resurface, Penelope is forced to confront her shameful past--and the terrifying realization that solitude was never enough.
