Living a life of hell isn't easy when almost everyday either starts or ends in blood, sweat and tears. This is the life Midoriya Izuku lived.

After finding out he was supposedly quirkless, Izuku was forced to watch his father burn his mother alive. That wasn't the worst of it. Not even a second after Inko was burnt to a crisp, Hisashi lashed out on his son, punching and kicking, beating him till he fell unconscious.

Since that day, Hisashi has forced Izuku to do whatever he pleases, before kicking him out to fend for himself till night. During those hours outside, Izuku, who had one day taken money out of Hisashi's credit card, started to train at a local dojo.

Because of the abuse, Izuku turned mute as to not receive anymore punishment for speaking out of line. Over the years, he's continued to learn the art of self defence and weaponry, still striving to become a hero, despite not being allowed into UA.

He'd soon realise that he does in deed have a quirk. One he's never seen before.

His life would soon flip sideways, but not in the way he expected...

PROMISE ( one To Be Never Broken ) by sheryafail010
27 parts Ongoing
Izuku Midoriya, our favourite protagonist , ( or just mine ) shared a peculiar bond with his parents. Love never existed existed, it remained unspoken, unseen. A mask and nothing else but ashes . Neither affection nor animosity colored their interactions; it was a strange neutrality, a quiet distance maintained until the manifestation of his Quirk-or perhaps, its conspicuous absence. His father's hand was heavy, his actions a constant source of pain. Then came the unthinkable: a sale to villains, a descent into a nightmare of experimentation. Could he possibly escape this living hell? The question gnaws: will the spark of heroism within him endure, or will the relentless darkness extinguish his desire to save? What path will he choose if the system fails him? Will he walk the shadowed path of a vigilante? Will he ever know the warmth of a parent's love? And what of Katsuki? Will their paths ever cross again? Journey with Izuku as he navigates the treacherous path from the depths of despair to... what? Salvation? Something else entirely? His story unfolds, a tapestry woven with threads of hope and anguish, resilience and despair, leading him towards an uncertain destiny. •°•Follow Izuku from hell to heaven's or above•°• _____________________________ *NO IMAGE IN THE BOOK IS ORIGINALLY MINE AND ALL CREDIT GOES TO THE CREATOR * CAUTION ⚠️ panick attacks gore blood swearing deaths protective zawa if any of these would trigger you avoid reading and ENJOY 😅... BakuDeku - Midoriya Izuku found himself quirkless and quickly at the non-existent mercy of his classmates as he entered middle school. Every day he survived, he was beating the odds, even as the bruises teased at his nerves through his skin, taunting him long after his tormentors' fists had last made physical contact. When he found the fighting ring, he expected to just become a living punching bag, really. He didn't expect people to look past his quirklessness and take him under their wing, essentially training their own competition. He didn't expect to get good at it, and he didn't expect to be noticed when he did. When Izuku and Katsuki got accepted into UA, the class cheered for Katsuki and jeered at Izuku for daring to pretend to be in the same league as someone like Katsuki, even when Izuku only managed to make it into general studies. So, Katsuki went to UA, and Izuku quietly said, "thanks for the opportunity, but no thanks," and switched to an advanced online schooling option. It was just the rule of the world, and rules were rules. Some things couldn't be helped. Besides... He had a feeling UA would ask too many questions about the constant bruising blooming so beautifully across his face that Aldera staff had so pointedly ignored. And even if UA didn't ask questions about the bruises and abrasions on his face, they definitely would about the ones across his busted knuckles. In the Pit, Midoriya Izuku didn't exist. In the Pit, he was Viper. In the Pit, Viper was a quirkless fighter who still faced prejudice and bias, but everyone fought quirkless in the Pit, so at least it was a level playing field. In the real world, Midoriya Izuku put on a smile and explained his bruises away on him being quirkless and finding himself in the wrong place at the wrong time. In the Pit, Viper fought back viciously quick and calculating, earning every bruise and giving back just as many. And sometimes he even won.

From The Ashes

26 parts Complete Mature

Growing up Izuku Midoriya always wanted to be a hero. He was already off to a great start when his quirk manifested. His parents' quirks combined and he was able to completely control fire. He called his quirk Pyrokinesis. Everything was going great. He had a loving mother and father who both supported his dream. The only thing he wanted was to be a hero, until one fateful day. It was a normal Saturday, just like any other. He was on his way home from playing with some of the neighborhood kids when he saw his house turned to rubble. It was a normal Saturday, just like any other. He was on his way home from playing with some of the neighborhood kids when he saw his house turned to rubble. He doesn't remember much from that day except his parents dying words, the smell of burning flesh, and the figure of a man walking away. Eight years later he is living a relatively normal life. He was taken in by a Yakuza group and worked as motorcycle mechanic by day and at night he was doing whatever it took to find out who killed his parents. The only thing that seemed to stand in his was a ginger hair girl who was dead set on being a hero who happened to wander into the shop with her dad one day. Keeping up the facade of an average high schooler is tough when you're taking on any job that will get you info on the person who robbed you of a happy family. Note: I DO NOT OWN THE COVER IMAGE
