O niilismo é uma doutrina filosófica que compreende a existência como ausente de qualquer sentido ou propósito último. Pós-modernismo é a era presente em que vivemos, na qual a relativização dos valores e virtudes chega ao nível máximo. Cada qual cria a sua esfera de valores e virtudes. Na verdade essa relativização se autocontradiz, pois ela jamais chega ao máximo de seu propósito que seria o de relativizar a própria relativização. Pois bem. Qual seria o fim dessa mistura? Depressão, isolamento social, virtualização da realidade, mecanização do humano, etc. Sem ter a intenção de ser um tratado filosófico, essa obra de poesia visa promover a reflexão e apontar caminhos.Todos os Direitos Reservados

A genome defect has afflicted the majority of the population and scientists are desperate to find a cure. In the meantime, man has found his own salvation in the form of the QUBIT (quantum processing bio-synthetic), an android that is capable of prolonging life almost indefinitely, and yet what makes them human in the first place has been lost in the transition. The ruling council believes that salvation is nigh, but whether that hope arrives in time is questionable. The city's future depends upon the actions of a few individuals, all of whom are struggling with their own mortality. Quentin is the boy who dreams of death. Mia is the tortured soul. Trey is the soldier that defines duty. Misao is the future of the ruling council. Claire is the girl with a secret that will rock the foundations of their entire civilization. The miracle is present, next to and within you. The miracle is you. When you write poetry you hide in a bottle a message written on paper. Then you ship it in the ocean and you let it travel across the world. One day, somebody may graciously find it below a steep rock on the beach and be curious enough to open it. Then he will read the message enclosed. For poetry time is irrelevant and to be specific this poetry has defied time and difficulties. The first chapter 'Crash the Idols' is a sociological approach in the poetry of the dogma, VERITAS (Latin meaning of truth), and images that society encourages people to believe. Are these true, do they have any meaning at all? Or they are just hallucinations of the society of consumption? The second chapter 'The transformations of Vishnu' is a reference to the changes of Vishnu into different forms and existences according to Indian scripts. We are subject to a continuous and ruthless change, since the time we were born. This change is considered a determining factor of survivorship. The 'Myth story of an adventurer' is wandering in the ascetic communities of Mount Athos with a history of more than 1000 years. The incessant seeking of light and freedom is a driving force of interpreting modern life with a more charismatic byzantine approach, in regards to philosophy and theology. 'Dialogues of Despair' is a modern song of songs, where contradictory powers clash and the winner is thirst. Thirst for life and Thirst for Knowledge. Thirst of Love and Thirst for Sacrifice. 'The Silent Time of mysticism' is about the inexplicable echo of our memories, our faith, our emotions, and death right in the corner. The understanding of our Being is an understanding of the Collective Being and contribution to that.

After Brazil has implemented to the capital punishment the number of heinous crimes dramatically decreases. But overall, criminality has not decreased much, criminals have chosen to avoid killing when they commit robberies. There is even a popular saying about this new behavior. "Steals but does not kill" Despite protests from religious groups and human rights defenders the new law is widely accepted. The economic situation of the country is stable and according to surveys tends to improve increasingly. Social inequality has fallen sharply over the past decade and according to experts by 2080 the country will be among the richest in the world. However, not everything went well! Despite improvements, since 2020 a plague threatens peace. Caim Fonseca became nationally known after his diary was found. This diary reported a large series of murders committed by him, including his own father's. At the time police with his help managed to find the remains of several victims. Caim was eventually declared insane and was sentenced to spend the rest of his life in a mentally ill health center, however he managed to escape in less than a year and his whereabouts were never discovered. However, the greatest harm Caim did was not the murders itselves, but the monstrous message left in his diary, which unfortunately eventually came to public knowledge via the Internet. Justice tried but could not contain daily proliferation. It is now considered a crime punishable by arrest to own or pass on such work., but even so, because of insatiable human curiosity, it is estimated that millions have read Cain's work. The work has been described by many as a macabre and extremely narcissistic philosophy. Today, many decades after Cain's disappearance, Brazil coexists with the Legacy of Caim.

The Inconvenience , de 1ov31y13

This short story is about the perspective of a woman named Niya who is the main character. Niya moved out of her old neighborhood away from her family and old friends, choosing new surroundings and a new life. Her family didn't give her much attention nor love when she was younger so it lowered her value for herself, including past experiences when she felt used to feeling more confident in herself and when socializing. She thinks that by moving, it'll be a new start for everything, maybe even hopefully meeting new people who can fulfill her loneliness, and do more. Sometimes, her sadness gets a hold of her and causes her to lack motivation sometimes, especially on preparing her new house. She enjoys nature and prayer quite a lot because it calms her down with the beauty of it. She got a bit used to most of her surroundings. She also dreams to become a cook, having a heavy passion for cooking food. Later on in the short story, She faces a terrible injury that needs to be taken care of by a professional. Without background information, after her injury heals, she needs to decide whether she wants to go back to her house or stay "home" ... was it really an inconvenience..?
