Page De La Vega (Sarah Geronimo) has been in and out of foster care since her mother, who was a severe drug addict, had neglected and abandoned her at age five. Due to severe behavioral problems, numerous adoptive families who attempted to care for her had to give up and surrender her back to the orphanage where she had been living for most of her life. For this reason, nuns that ran the facility are desperate to find her a forever loving home before she turns into an adult; they fear that her inability to love and accept love will land her on the streets and give her the same fate as her mother.

June Torres (Lea Salongga) is left heartbroken and depresssed after a tragedy has left her a widow and without a child. Her attempts to heal and get herself together has been unfruitful. Her ways had only shown her that life was now too unbearable to live and her friends are extremely worried.

As Page and June's paths cross, their lives are forever changed, but is it for the better?
