What if when Bucky was The Winter Soldier their was another mind controlled super soldier with a metal arm and a machine gun? Sergeant Wolf. 26 years old, frozen for 9 so appears 17. The Winter Soldier's best friend. 'Wolfo' The joke name given to her by The Winter Soldier whilst on a mission, the one scrap of memory that kept Bucky Barnes tied to a world other than Hydra, has no recollection of her life. To Sergeant Wolf home is 'Soldier'. So what happens when Steve gets Bucky back, and Hydra leaves his mind, and Bucky forgets everything about Wolfo. Hydra uses this to control Sergeant Wolf more. 
One mission:
Kill Nick Fury.
Kill anyone in the way.
Kill those who took Soldier away from Wolfo.
