I had gotten asked that question by my members a lot today since Hobi is going on a little trip to help some trainees with a dance cover of one of our songs.

This is a Fanfiction where Bts is a Wolfpack and they have one chosen mate, and their bond with the rest of the pack is a bond of a family.

And if you think why can't the rest of the pack help the omegas during their heat, well that's because only their bonded mate can help them.

The rest of the pack can only do so much as giving cuddles and getting thing with the smell of the omegas mate.

(You might be confused since Jungkook is in all three ranks, well he is the hybrid.
He can change from Alpha to Beta to Omega when he wants to or when it's needed but stays mostly as an Omega.
There are also some handicaps to having that ability and that is if he changes from Omega to any other ranks during heat or if he changes from Alpha during rut, those handicaps is something you have to read to find out)
