All that was left of them was a letter revealing her real name, a key, and instructions to not go searching for them. Cartia's love her for her parents makes her go against their wishes. With the small key, she mysteriously travels to another realm behind the bookcase in her basement. She heads to the palace searching for answers and for a way to find her parents. Little does she know that she is now in the center of it all. Cartia will need to unravel secrets, lies, and possibly love to find her parents and get them back. The secrets of the Zemiran royal family run deeper than Cartia could have ever imagined.

My Husband's Other Self di Hyan_Amorim
16 parti In corso Per adulti
Ariel and Victor are bound by a contract marriage, a financial arrangement orchestrated by their parents. Victor is a narcissistic man, obsessed only with himself and his career. Ariel, in contrast, is sweet, gentle, and full of dreams-but, unfortunately, he falls deeply in love with his cold husband. The problem? He is constantly rejected, hurt, and ignored by Victor. Tired of suffering, Ariel decides to take a desperate measure: a love potion. The spell is cast, but nothing goes as planned. Upon drinking the potion, Victor awakens a second personality: a Crown Prince from the Joseon Dynasty era. Even more shocking, this Prince is completely devoted to someone who looks exactly like Ariel. But the new personality is not permanent. Victor oscillates wildly between his cold, narcissistic self and the romantic, affectionate Prince. Confused and still frustrated, Ariel tries to use the potion one more time, but, by accident, Victor's secretary, Carlos, drinks it instead. Ariel is now panicking. And to his utter astonishment, the narcissistic side of Victor begins to feel jealous of Ariel's sudden closeness with Carlos. Ariel finds himself trapped in a chaotic love triangle... or rather, a love quadrangle: between the narcissist, the Prince, and the secretary. However, the romantic chaos soon turns into pure terror when Ariel starts being relentlessly pursued by a serial killer. Now, three fiercely protective men must put their differences aside to keep him safe.

Book 1 in a series! Despite what Emrys has been told, her Kingdom Abneer was not the only one to survive, King Reyes is not the only monarch, and monsters are real. Previously a soldier for the King, now betrothed to his son, Prince Roan, Emrys Ortega is starting to feel the burden of the title she never wanted. After repeatedly sneaking out of the palace leads to a sinister threat from the King, Emrys begins to worry for her family's safety. So when she learns that one of her kingdom's soldiers has been kidnapped by the Queen of another Kingdom, Valoria, she sees this as her opportunity to redeem herself in the King's eyes and protect her family. The only problem is that she had no idea the Kingdom of Valoria even existed. In fact, the Kingdom is unlike her own. It's filled with the same monsters from the stories she had been told-monsters of the night. In order to rescue the soldier, Emrys must team up with the notorious monster, the Shadow Knight, and his team of mercenaries. Through their missions and encounters with the monsters, Emrys not only learns the true extent of the lies she had been fed, but that the King has something planned, far bigger than she ever imagined, and finally realizes that her true enemies may not be the monsters after all. Shadow of the Crown follows the secret life of Malika, the future crown princess of a powerful kingdom-though no one knows it. Hidden in the shadows by her father, King Mansoor, Malika has been trained in secret, not only to rule but to protect a throne that has never truly been hers in the eyes of the world. As the king's greatest secret, Malika must navigate a life of deception, blending into the background while mastering skills she must one day use to claim what is rightfully hers. In a kingdom where power is both feared and coveted, Malika's journey is one of survival, loyalty, and the search for her own identity. But when her father's decisions and the kingdom's fragile peace begin to crumble, Malika must step out of the shadows, facing dangers both from within and beyond the palace walls. The clock is ticking, and the truth about who Malika really is could change everything. The question is-will she be ready to face her destiny? This version emphasizes her secret status and the mystery surrounding her identity, while still keeping the intrigue intact. How does this sound to you?
