Kiara Vatelle's love of the ocean brings her to The Bahamas for her senior trip.
It is her dream vacation - four weeks of sun, sand, and quality time with her sister. Only one thing can foil her vacation, and that is the ocean itself.
The Bermuda Triangle hides a secret: mermaids and mermen. After swimming a little too far from the shore, Kiara finds herself in an ancient, undersea realm of mythical sea creatures. This new world is enchanting, and the mer-folk treat her like family, but are they just a little too eager for her to stay?
