Note: For those that have read Fearsome 8: Demons, if you want to know what the Fearsome 8's backstories are then you're in the right place for this series tells the backstories of each member of the Fearsome 8. I'll be making 8 chapters (one for each backstory). And also for those that are either new to Wattpad, I suggest reading this series before you read Fearsome 8: Demons.
The Fearsome 8 is a robotic team of heroes created by Wildfire. Some were created with no problem, like Iron Clash or Blazer and others well.. let's just say it didn't go as Wildfire planned (for example Ultra Virus's abilities). There are eight backstories, one for each member. Some backstories are either devastating or a bit sad. This is the origins of the Fearsome 8.
Note: I can't promise any happy backstories but there are happy endings to these backstories. And the shadow figure will appear in all eight of these backstories. (Also the Sonic belongs to Sega, Undertale belongs to Toby Fox, FNAF belongs to Scott Cawthon, Mario belongs to Nintendo, and Pokemon belongs to Game Freak.
WARNING: This series may include language, violence, blood, possibly gore, and some dark humor (mostly from the the shadow figure, Error Sans, and possibly some of the other villains that may or may not appear in this series).

Rise of the Nightmares
Sequel to "The Power of Dreams" NOTE: This is a rewritten version of the third part of my first fan fiction series on my DeviantART page. I thought I'd also post the rewritten version here on Wattpad to share it with more interested readers. Plot: Mario has always fought King Bowser and his goons. No matter how dangerous the situation is, Mario will always trek through even the toughest lands to rescue Princess Peach from Bowser's grasp. Sonic has always fought Dr. Eggman and his robots. Going all around the world, and no matter how disastrous Eggman's plans are towards the world, Sonic, along with his friends, will fight till the end. Kate has no recollection of fighting in her forgotten past. Though after meeting Mario and Sonic, she found herself caught in their battles against Bowser and Eggman. But her powers may be for another threat. The three friends may have understood what Kate's power is. The Power of Dreams. But it seems that there was another reason why Kate had to understand her powers. A reason why she forgot her past and why she has her powers. A reason why she was brought to Mario and Sonic's world. A reason that endangered her, and has now put Mario, Sonic, and their friends into danger as well. And it's not like Bowser, Eggman, or any of their schemes. This threat is difficult to identify, when the only clues lie in nightmares that Kate is having. This is the point of discovery in the tale of Mario, Sonic, and Kate. Monsters get reborn after death. Reborn monsters don't remember their past memories. They either turn into a demon or an angel based on their psychological state. The more pure the monster, the more holy they are. Same thing for the other one. When they have more darkness and pain the monster has before death, they have more power as demons and their tails are longer. An angel and demon being together meant that the demon is tricking and manipulating the angel. Papyrus became an angel after being sliced by the human, and Sans turned into a demon for his soul was full of anger, hate, vengeance, and regret. Being reborn usually meant complete loss of memories. But Sans can remember everything. Clearly. He can remember his beloved brother, his "unique" spagetti, the horrible torture experiments by the doctor... EVERYTHING. So what happens if Sans meets with his brother once again?
