Theo was just having a regular, typical day at school when he received the saddest news he could hear that day--his dad got a stroke. Upon discovering his father's condition, he and her mother, Phoebe, found out that it was not just an ordinary medical crisis, but it involved a more evil, more sinister entity that might have had his father as a vessel, as a conduit to terrorize once again innocent lives. Theo must now embark on the most horrifying journey to save his father's life and to end an evil so ancient, he might need another devil's work.

[COMPLETED] "If you let me leave now, I won't tell anyone what you did sir..." I grumbled, and he smirked a little, as if it was a hilarious joke. "Like I said, you aren't leaving Caroline..." Caroline was once a perfectly happy child, she had a home, food, warmth. She had a father, a brother, and a wonderful mother... but her mom died in a crash. She and her brother had to leave their father who couldn't handle his anger and his grief. As runaways, she and her brother, Dustin, are cold, hungry, and only have each other to face the merciless cruelties of the world. Alone she was followed by a man that was helpful, and kind. But just when she thought she could trust him, he took off the mask of a normal man, and hurt her in ways unimaginable. Trapped, she was forced into waiting out her time thinking of the world, her mom, and her life. She had to do something hard, she had to make a choice. She could stay and be hurt and trapped, but fed and warm, or leave and be cold and hungry, but free...
