Richie and Eddie have been friends since they were about five. That's when a young Eddie Kaspbrak and his overprotective mother Sonia move to Derry. Richie and Eddie immediately become best friends. Over time Eddie and Richie both start developing feelings for each other. Soon they find that their feelings are too strong to hide anymore and they can't cover it up.
