In 2010, a group of scientists embarks on an expedition to the North Atlantic to study the remains of the Titanic. During the investigation, the team finds the body of a man perfectly preserved in ice. They discover that it is Jack Dawson, the young man who became a legend because of the Titanic movie. Cryogenicists are reviving it using the latest biotechnological methods. Jack wakes up in a world that is completely unknown to him, where technology has advanced and everything is digitized. As he tries to adjust, he faces the grief of losing Rose and wants to find out what happened to his friends from the ship. The only one who understands him is Bella, a sixteen-year-old girl who herself feels like an outsider. Her mother works on a team of scientists, and Bella finds solace in conversations with Jack. They become friends, and he helps her deal with her own problems at school. However, it soon becomes clear that Jack's reanimation opens the door to something that should not have come to the surface. Strange events begin to occur inside and outside the lab, and Jack and Bella become the focal point of a growing mystery.
