•Watching a car crash was watching Ashland's life play out-in his words-artistically. The Nigerian-American was a decent man who gave when he could, loved when he could and fucked when he could.

That might have been an exaggeration.

Fine, It was an exaggeration. Sex had been suspectible to playing hide and seek with it's lover which in this case, was Ashland's fate and well, he wasn't willing to accept just yet.

Honestly, Ash could use a break, man. Not the type that had you right back in ruins after a short while, but the kind of peace out that gave you a new will to live to the fullest because your lunatic best buddy, slash brother, advisor, drunkard, prostitute, slash everything evil-who was honestly quite stupid-always said, "You only live once."

The glaring factor was, Ashland just wasn't built for smooth greatness. If he was ever in doubts, the freezing night he broke his dick was enough to convince him that life was flipping him a giant bird with sparkling wings and if it was fuck him, it was "Fuck you then! Fuck!"

One more thing; he was also torn between two fiercely attractive females who were constructed to make him BAT. SHIT. CRAZY.

Bottomline; Ash is screwed.•
