High school ice skater June Kingsley is working her butt off for an ice skating scholarship from one of the top universities in the state. But all her dreams come crashing down when a fatal car accident leaves her ankle in harsh condition. June can continue to skate, but one mistake can risk permanent damage. So with a heavy heart, June decides to quit before it's too late. So back again at Pine Ville High School for her junior year, June is determined to find a new passion. Boy #1: Ryder Earnest
The Jock. Obnoxiously outgoing and carefree with June as they become new-found locker buddies. Then of course, they also collide when June spills milk all over Ryder in the cafeteria.
Boy #2: Dean Parkinson
The Hot Nerd. Insanely smart and calculated. As he becomes June's study partner, things get tense. June pulls him out of his shell as they learn more than calculus.
Boy #3: Grayson White
The Bad Boy. With a playful attitude and a white leather jacket instead. Moves in with June's family for a time being and gets to know her on a deeper side. Also has an addictive love for waffles at 11 p.m.
