Aaron Hotchner//Emily Prentiss
What happens when the team goes out for "a drink" but a few of them go a little overboard?
!Hotchniss! (My fave ship of course) 🙂
----
~sneak peak~ :)
"Yes please! I'd kill for a margarita!" Garcia's chirpy voice can be heard across the bullpen.
"Who's in?" Rossi smiles at everyone.
"In for what?" Hotch asks, joining the team by Morgan's desk.
"We're uh, all going out for drinks." Emily chimes in, secretly hoping Hotch would join but knowing deep down he never did.
"Sure I'll come." Hotch smiles at Emily.
She's at a loss for words and Hotch can see the surprised yet eager expression on her face.
"Hey, I'm not always so serious ya know." He winks at Emily and glances at the team before walking away to collect his things.
-read at your own risk- 🙂❤️
(Ps. This is set in about season 5 because that's just the cast that I feel like writing about right now :))

Aaron Hotchner X OC
Hello all, Excited for this story, I would first like to mention that while I am going to stick to the storyline as closely as I can, a few timeline discrepancies may accidentally occur. But the show is full of them, so nothing out of the ordinary. This is about Criminal Minds, so, you guessed it, there will be gory details. However, I won't be going too far into specifics. And I'm not interested in including too much work about cases, unless it relates to the progress of the story. Also, with the exception of long-term UnSubs (like Foyet), I will write original cases because I study psychology and personally prefer reading original cases rather than repeats of episodes I've watched before. Also, this is a bit of fun, there will be jokes and a few dark comments, please do not read if you don't like jokes about death or the such. I don't think any of them will be tasteless, but everyone has different tastes, and with this whole pandemic, some people have completely lost their taste (like me, I now wear crocs, please don't judge).Complete

Her Mother's Daughter - Hotchniss
Seventeen years ago, Emily Prentiss was headed off to Yale when Aaron Hotchner was running her mother's security. The truth is, they had met, while Aaron was off-duty and by chance saw Emily at the bar, both of them blackout drunk when Emily started flirting with him. Emily was leaving for New Haven the next day, they would never see each other again. Perfect for meaningless sex. Nine months later, Emily gave birth to Bridget Prentiss, never thinking to tell Aaron. How would she even go about that? Bridget had asked about her father growing up, and Emily had told her more as she got older. Finally, when she's sixteen and flat-out asks who her father is, Emily's faced with the decision to tell her first about their one-night stand seventeen years ago, and second to reveal the recent rekindling of their relationship.Complete

Hotchner and Reid really finally see one another. It takes time, heartache and a few drinks for them to get there, but they eventually do. This story is a slow burn and features a little bit of all of our favorite BAU members. Will use some actual cases from the show and well, strap in... it's going to be fun. Rated M for later chapters which will involve some sexually explicit material. A/N: Obviously some things are different, because this is fanfiction, but I have tried to keep things in character. The most obvious change comes right away in the first chapter. I have altered Reid's "confession" from the episode "Revelations" in Season Two. There are some details of Hotch/Haley that were changed as well to better suit my story. Without giving too much away, Hotch is a widower and single parent to Jack in my universe. This is set around Season 5-ish of the show, but in my story Jack is nearly seven years old. Enjoy.
