So when his best friend (and unbeknownst holder of his heart) moves back from America with an offer, its something he can't refuse.

Todoroki Shouto consistently says that Midoriya Izuku is the sun, and in comparison, he is the moon. He has no idea what his life would be like without Midoriya until Midoriya is gone.
