❝The guy standing in front of me was definitely taller than 6 feet. He was buff, the muscles rippling out of his simple white T-shirt, and his raven black hair ruffled, as though he had just been laying down somewhere. At first, I didn't recognize him, with his huge Harry Potter styled glasses covering up most of his face.

But then I noticed the sharp, icy blue colour peeking out from behind his thick lenses. And the perfect square of his jaw, the straight nose and flushed pink lips.

Pink lips that I was 100% sure had made out with 70% of the females at Remsen High.

So I couldn't figure out what was shocking me more.

The fact that the bad boy was wearing boxers with little Captain America shields pasted all over?

  Or that he wore glasses.❞

It's not easy being the younger sister of a prodigy. Rebecca Montgomery knows that, having been living in her sister's perfect shadow all her life. And after years, you learn to be used to it, as Rebecca has. She doesn't mind being known as average, she doesn't mind being known as ordinary, and she doesn't mind being known as the one that isn't known.

Nathaniel McLarens, on the flipside, is her complete opposite. He doesn't mind being known as a shallow player, he doesn't mind being known as a cocky, egoistical asshole, and he doesn't mind being known as Remsen High's personal filthy delinquent. But of course, like any other bad boy, he's got a couple of secrets of his own.

When the family companies of the two decide to form an alliance, an untimely encounter forces them to crash into each other - quite literally. Then a whole mess of sarcasm fights, immature debates, and stupid adventures follows up. And how did it all begin?

With a Good Girl stumbling over the fact that the Bad Boy wears Glasses.

"If you turn your back to me again, you better be bending over, sweetheart." *** Everyone warns you about boys who go looking for troubles, who have bruised knuckles and split lips, whose eyes are so dark that it seems like they could swallow oceans and come out alive, about the boys who look like danger, but no one warns about boys who stay silent for way too long, or ones with rings under their eyes, boys with sad eyes and boys who whisper things so sweet, so quietly that you wonder if he was an angel. Everyone warns you about the bad boys, but no one seems to warn you about the broken ones. Bar Red was a broken boy who finally finds someone to help mend his scattered pieces. Everyone saw him as the untrustworthy, unstable beast who was more than willing to punch anyone's face in. Swear words and bad habits mixed with smirks and wicked grins are enough to ward anyone off. But, apparently for Clementine, that's exactly what pulls her in. She has no clue what she's getting into but she's about to find out. She wasn't innocent, not by far, but she had dignity, a warm aura, niceness, and stubbornness that could rival a mule. Mix that with Bar's possessiveness and overprotective behavior, some interesting situations will definitely arise. Adding in the fact that Clementine had to tutor Bar for the rest of the school year and his almost instinctual urge to be apart of her life, they are bound to get close. Bar swears, Clementine hates it. He fights, she glares while bandaging up his knuckles. She reads instead of eats and he refuses dinner until she joins him. He is rude and she ignores him until he apologizes. Both, easily, frustrate the other while simultaneously falling into love. Broken boys are the only ones that can fix themselves so will this broken boy manage to do so before he drives away the one girl who wiggled her way past every barrier? This is the story of a broken bad boy clashing with the sad good girl. * #1 in the Red series Stand alone

"What do you call a fish wearing a bowtie?" Instantly, Sawyer frowns, an unimpressed expression on his face. I continue to smile at him, urging him to ask as I grab his shoulders and shake him, "C'mon, Sawyer, you gotta ask!! What do you call a fish wearing a bowtie??" He shakes his head, turning away from me as he presses his tongue to inside of his mouth. Flatly, he states, rubbing his face, "We're not doing this shit, Mari." "Yes we are!!!" I snort loudly as he scowls at me. Poking his shoulder, I ask, "You ready?!!" "No." "I'm gonna say it." "No, you're not-" "SoFISHticated." "You're a fucking idiot." ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ *Lengthy Chapters!!* (Also!!! Currently adding in some chapters to fill in a plot hole I noticed!! May take some time!!) Marianne Parker and Sawyer Cortez are complete opposites of each other. Marianne believes in finding the good in everything around her. Always smiling, laughing, kind to everyone, and definitely an optimist. With a bubbly attitude and an outgoing personality, she's always looking to make a new friend, and all around a ray of sunshine. Sawyer, on the other hand, is blunt, rude, and pessimistic. He doesn't believe there could be good in everything. He doesn't smile, doesn't laugh, isn't interested in making new friends or socializing. Hell, he BARELY tolerates his own friends. The total definition of a raincloud. But, when Sawyer meets Marianne, it becomes all too clear that there's something about her he can't ignore. From the way she walks, talks, laughs, and smiles. It's all distracting to him, and he doesn't like that. In his efforts, he tries to ignore it and avoid her. But that can be hard when the girl in question, AKA Marianne, is EQUALLY interested in him too. Started August 2023 - ????

"I hate you," she muttered and I was taken aback. I looked at the guys for a quick second and back at her. "W-" "Don't ever scare me like that again," she said harshly, colliding with my body. I cringed hard and Erik pulled away so he wasn't in the middle of our embrace. I wrapped my arm around her tight waist and held her against me. I never planned on letting her go. Ever. "I'll try. I'll try for you," I whisper in her ear, my lips brushing against her skin. ~{}~{}~{}~{}~{}~{}~{}~{}~{}~{}~{}~{}~{}~{}~{}~{} Rachel is a strong girl that has a strange past of stealing. "I think I'm gay." I say, leaving out the part about my... exposing dream about him last night. I watched his expression, waiting for some sign that he was angry. I waited for him to call me a faggot, to curse me off and tell me he never wanted to see me again. Instead, I was greeted with his perfect toothy smile. "That's great man, I'm of proud you." He says, patting my arm as he stuffed another cracker in his mouth. "It takes some real balls to come out to someone." He says, his beautiful green eyes blazing into mine. I felt myself become flustered at his gaze. "Uh, Yeah, Thanks." I stumbled out, "You're not mad?" I ask. His expression turns to hurt as he crinkles his eyebrows. "Why the hell would I be mad?" He asks, hesitating on the crackers and pushing them away. "I just thought-it's just- well... you just always seem so pissed when someone mentions the word gay." I spit out words, scared for his reaction. He sighs, "That doesn't fucking mean I hate gays. Normally when I do that it's because someone's using the word 'gay' to hate on them, it just pisses me off, you know?" He asks, bringing the crackers back into his lap and biting into them. "Plus-" He adds on, "You're my best friend, if anything, you being gay is a blessing. I'll always support you." He says, glancing at me through the side of his eyes. I look away, towards the door to hide the crimson blush that I feel spread over my face. "Thanks." I all but squeak out. And that's the day I realized, I have a faint crush on my best friend. <><><><><< THIS BOOK IS BEING *MAJORLY* EDITED. THERES LOTS OF SPELLING MISTAKES AND NAME MIX UPS, SOME CHAPTERS WILL BE REWRITTEN Also, Please don't be mean to the characters, they aren't even close to perfect, but they don't deserve hate.

Jordan never noticed Juliet. Juliet had given up to get his attention. And if they end up hiding together in the same closet, he can't stop talking about himself. So how to shut him up? Kissing him... *** Jordan Decker is an arrogant senior in King Valley, a footballer and an A-grade student. All teachers liked him, girls adored him and guys wanted to be friends with. A total cliche. And like always, in every girly romantic book, he has the gorgeous girlfriend, luxury car and EGO as big as New York City. Juliet Maine has a lot on her plate, working as a waitress in Lory's Diner she is asked to open a new business in her hometown. After graduation she will fly to New York to study law at NYU, leaving her family behind and start her independent life. When she is pulled into her highschool's crush's love-life problems, she finally understands why falling in love with him was a bad idea. But she doesn't know that Jordan had noticed her from day one. *** PREVIEW into chapter 8 I climb up the stairs and find myself in a long corridor what spread to two directions. Matt's bedroom was on the east wing so I turn to my left and walk toward the last door in the end. But before I can reach half way, a door on my right opens and out runs Jordan. We bump into each other. "What the..???" I steady myself, grabbing his jacket and prevent myself from falling backward. "Run!" He says. "What?" I release him. "Run," he grabs my hand and starts pulling me with him. "Why would I...?" I turn around while I'm dragged toward the stairs and see Tiffany, all angry and face cherry red come throw the door Jordan had exited a minute ago. "You dirty bitch!" She yells at the top of her lungs as she sees me, Jordan's hand still gripes me. Amazing cover by @uniqueread.
