In this world there are Fakes and Forgers, Fakes create destruction whilst Forgers mend the broken. Keeping the balance. However, there is a war coming and a group of teenagers known as Switchers are being chosen by The Generation to harness their new found powers to fight the war.
Within the Switchers is Elle, daughter of the strongest Fake alive. Forced to fight her own mother, Elle must overcome her weakness and she must make a decision that may either save her or cost her thousands of lives. Each Switcher possess unique powers, and between Switchers chemistry will brew. Leaving decisions hard to make.

17. That's how old I am today. It's about time too. I was getting sick of being 16. I hear a low rumble being emitted from my chest. I run towards the woods before the change takes over my body. As soon as I get to the woods near the lake I have come to know and love, ducks are floating in the middle looking for something to eat.
