I was sat at my computer, my eyes glued to the screen. That is how I first came in contact with him.

Some people believe that the internet is simply a source of torcher to the younger generations who use it most frequently. To a certain extent I can see how they're on the right track. Between the photo shopped models, and the ass holes who comment nasty thinks on your twitter, there are many hazards with using the internet. Although my outlook on the World Wide Web is something completely different. It's a way to interact with new people, and that's exactly what I did.

I first came in contact with Miles the summer before freshman year, although at that time I knew him as sportsguy125. I was searching through my facebook feed, when I saw a link to a new website called Epals. Although the name was unreasonably cheesy, the idea behind it was sound.

I logged on to the website out of pure curiosity, and I don't know why, but I decided to create my own account. Thus Introvert5525 was born.

This Epals was meant to connect teenagers who live in the same general area, who have things in common. The whole point is for you to find one single person whom you are 'partnered' with. Who you are partnered up with is determined by the answers that are given during a personal exam.

The questions varied between the simple questions such as, what is your favorite animal? To more difficult and personal questions like, where do you want to be in two years from now?

I was skeptical as to whether or not the partnering system was accurate, when I (The most unathletic human being on the planet) was paired with sportsguy125, but as I began to converse with him more, I realized that the website may not be as ridiculous as I had thought.
