His Sweet Lies
Her brows furrowed. "You look like you have something specific you wanna ask me." The tips of Liam's ears turned red at Emma's very accurate observation. "I, uh... I usually just bullshit my way through projects, so I have no idea what the hell I'm doing." The corners of Emma's lips formed a small smile. Liam arched his brow. "What are you smiling at?" Her smile widened. "Nothing." Ever since Emma started going to Silver Creek High, she's been bullied over her discolored eyes. It all started when a boy brought attention to her in biology class one day, laughing at her and calling her a "freak" while the rest of the class laughed along with him. She never looked at him or saw his face; she just ran out of the room crying. She was now an outcast labeled as a freak and she wanted nothing more than to just disappear. She felt she had no purpose in life. Until her sophomore year when she fell in love with Liam, the guy every girl wanted; the guy every dude wanted to be. He had stolen her heart and she now wanted nothing more than to be with him. Unfortunately, Liam seemed to want nothing to do with Emma. He seemed to be straight up avoiding her. They never interacted for 3 whole years. That is, until now in their senior year, when they get paired up for a school project. The two must put their differences aside and try to work as a team. But as they spend more time together, feelings grow deeper, and secrets start to rise to the surface. The infection weakened her but it seemed that they could cure it. There is a way! But in order to stop the infection, it required a sacrifice. She may not have had the perfect family but she had the perfect social life until her father messed everything up. Everything changed after she was in that accident, her father caused them to uproot their whole life and move constantly. He caused her mother to leave. Every time they have had to change identity, moving to different states and meeting different people. However, one fateful day caused her to lose someone she loved but also find someone that she had never had in her life. Upon moving to another state, she fell in love with two brothers not knowing the secret one of them was hiding. Pain seems to be the only thing Katherine knows as one fateful day in New York resulted in something very tragic that no one imagined would happen.Complete

-A first person story of surviving wlw sexual assault, abusive relationships, gaslighting and childhood anxiety. -This story isn't everything that happened, just the parts i feel ready to speak up about❤️ -the book where every story matters and each voice deserves to be heard. -This book is based on a true story and personal experiences, I've recently written this after struggling with processing my abuse and assault so this book really means the world to me. You guys are the first people to read it so I really hope you enjoy it and if you are in a similar situation I hope this brings you some form of comfort, like a warm hug in the form of words. -There is not nearly enough awareness around women on women sexual assault so I'm here to do my part and add my drop into the ocean. -When this book is published (and turned into an actual book lol) it will have a special section at the back for the reader to personalise if they don't have anyone to talk to or just want to get their feelings written down. This section will also offer support, statistics and advice from someone who has been in the same position. -Any funds made when I publish this book will be going to a chosen sa survivors charity.
