Me diagnosticaron TCA, y me recomendaron como tratamiento escribir lo que pienso, así que bienvenidos al caos de mi mente.
Tengo 18 años y sufro de trastornos alimenticios desde los 13, también soy depresiva y así es como aprendo a lidiar con esto.
No promuevo mi comportamiento, ni aliento a nadie a seguir mi estilo de vida, esto es una enfermedad grave.
No usen estos escritos como biblia, lo se, yo también estuve del otro lado y copiaba los comportamientos de otras chicas, por favor el fin de este escrito es informar y explorar mis sentimientos con respecto a mi enfermedad, sus comentarios son bienvenidos y a cualquier mensaje si necesitan hablar.

nahwh i wanted to write some silly book about my struggles but ended up doing way worse shii sorry gang anyway cant talk to no one so talking to yaal :3 skibidi sigma Life is NOT skibidi sigma So it originally was meant to be for ed struggles but now its just my whole life basically all my problems. Sorry if it might be confusing TW: If you are in recovery, I strongly advise you not to read this book. It calls normal BMI "fat", mentions calories and weight and could be harmful towards your recovery. If you notice you relate to this book a lot, it's never late to ask for help. Please don't hesitate, there are many centres that can help you. Read this book with caution if you have an eating disorder. This book is mostly based off of my expiriences so it might be a bit corny or cringy but please try your best to be respectful towards the story cause most of it happened to me. But regardless, I wrote it so other people with eating disorders might find it relatable, so enjoy!

One day her and her brother fight leading to her family falling into a ditch. Finally Chloe is fed up of her family fighting and forgives. Everything comes out but when her brothers react speechless to a sad memory Chloe tell she takes it as a sign in a bad way. Chloe takes a step into water. Her brothers have to say a goodbye? They don't know is she'll wake up. Chloe is in hospital lifeless and her family and friends surround her.. Will she wake up or will she take a trip to her parents? A new guy in class? The bad boy starts getting me involved? A new group of friends? What happens when things start to turn over for Chloe? She becomes more confident and gains more trust. But as the same time she cracks. It's a bumpy ride but she has plenty of help along the way- lets just hope her brothers don't interfere to much on the ride.
