His body was shaking, at the same time trying to wake the girl. Tears were streaming down his face. "No. No no, come on! You're going to live!" 

He looked up at the towering figure in front of them. She stared at them blankly. "You're going to save her right?! You can do that right?!" 

But all she did was turn her back against him, the dying girl and the world that's falling apart.
