Aurora has nothing anymore. She lives in the worst part of the Bronx, her once beloved brother hates her, and she hasn't loved a man since she was eighteen. Before she 'ruined' their relationship, Tom was her life. He loved her and she loved him with everything she had. She had been in an abusive relationship before this, and recruited back to her old ways. She ended up being raped, but then blessed with her beautiful daughter, who she starts telling the tale of her one true love to. All she had to do was try an let go. With the help of a fellow coworker and the diner, she starts to realize what has been brewing all these years . . . and who everyone around her really is.
