Rules to Being a Villain

Whiplash: aka Nineteen year old Cheryl Reynolds, has one thing on her mind: 3.5 Billion dollars for the true identity of Drago, Monochrome City's favorite vigilante. Drago is practically invincible, with his super strength, dragon wings, and fire breathing skills. Whiplash doesn't want to force it out of him though: She wants to have him tell her all by himself. But the more she gets to know him, the more rules to being a villain she breaks. Cheryl will have to decide between staying true to herself, or choosing everything she's worked for.
