TJ's parents didn't even come to their son's wedding, so he's surprised when he receives a message from them saying they want to reconnect. This, along with Cyrus's new patient, Jamie, who shares something in common with Cyrus and his husband, make it difficult for the newly weds to adjust to life as they try to decide which direction their lives should take and if they will even want to go the same way.

He was gay, and only certain people knew. TJ Kippen was an athlete who was an intimidating jerk to so many people. He was sexist, a jerk, anything "bad" you could possibly think of. They say opposites attract, however, and this story is one of many examples.
