Fate's Encounter

Y/N was a regular 16 year old girl in her second year of high school, trying to figure out her true self.
"Let me be normal... Please, I didn't ask for you!"

Serenity was a long forgotten goddess banished for her sinful crimes.

What little that they had in common actually brought them together in a very unlikely way.

A stray god named Yato who dreams to have a large shrine of his own one day.
"Life and death are like light and shadow. They're both always there. But people don't like thinking about death, so subconsciously, they always look away from it."

A spirit named Yukine, who is bound to Yato as his weapon.
"I never would have guessed that being a god means drifting around town, sleeping in the corner of some old shrine to avoid attention, and picking through garbage for every day items."

Hiyori Iki, who happens to attend the same high school as you but holds a dark secret.
"If you're in a position to save people, you should never even joke like that. My father... the doctor... would never abandon anyone. He'd never give up on a person's life, even if they tried to throw it away."
