De aceea, cea mai frumoasă istorie vorbită este cu cineva care habar nu are despre ceea ce zici, dar îți dă dreptate în fiecare cuvânt rostit, iar tu știi că ceea ce îi explici este, de fapt, o minciună. Cea mai bună istorie este cea inventată chiar de tine, pentru că atunci simți cum tu poți schimba datele, adevărurile, tu fiind centrul tuturor posibilităților. Este, chiar așa, minunat.
Deci, aici nu veți vedea date exacte din istorie. Veți vedea și veți citi ce pot scrie două adolescente despre viețile lor anterioare și despre ce ele numesc „existență". Veți vedea o sumedenie de idei întortocheate, dar toate ducând într-un singur punct.
