C.J. is one of the uncommon folk of earth. They were born with a deformity. Not too uncommon, but uncommon all the same. Kaylli, on the other hand, was born with a more noticable deformity. Kaylli was born with a bright blue streak in her hair and matching blue eyes. The two of them live in totally different worlds. What if these world colide? What will fate decide?
