As part of their upcoming graduation from UA learning to function as a pack is important and very similar to teamwork in the hero field. Learning this was vital to their survival as adults and as Heros. These positions are constantly moving between the four, but they always seem to end up in the top 4 together and are recorgnised for doing so. But one thing sets them apart, their ranks. Bakugou is an omega, midoriya is an omega, kirishima is an alpha and so is todoroki. The omega control agency keeps tabs on heat season to see if alphas and omegas are doing their roll and reproducing as they are supposed to.
