There's a girl in Hawkins who stands out. Not only is she half-Native American, but she's also incredibly shy, and a complete mystery. Her hair is pure white, her eyes an almost unrealistic blue, and to top it all off, she was adopted by the Wheelers when she was a teenager after her father did something unspeakable. Just when things begin to settle down, something in her changes.
Suddenly, something in Melody shifts. She begins to remember a life she'd somehow forgotten - she begins to realize her life isn't quite what she thought it was. There's a whole part of this world she'd never known, and it's calling to her.
And now, the fate of Hawkins lay in her hands.
