"Come on Harrington, have a little fun. I promise not to read your darkest secrets, I'm able to only get to the light stuff, ya know," I pout from across the table in the back room.
"No, I am not letting you read my mind!" he says, acting angry. His eyes gave him away. I knew he wasn't mad at me, he never could be.
I slink back, but then I remember something,"If you let me read your mind, I'll let you take me out on that date you keep begging for." I smirk and his a smile crosses his lips.
"Deal."

The pool was more crowded today than it usually is. Though there were many people, Billy somehow managed to find me with his eyes. Before I walked in, I watched him through the gate. He was searching intensely. Then, right as I walked in, he found me. A cool smile washed over his face while all the moms glared at me. He always waited for me to walk past him to talk to me. I sat on the ledge of the pool, in a semi empty spot, waiting.
"Nicki," he breathed out as he saw me.
I roll my eyes and laugh carelessly,"Billy. You seriously have to stop calling me that. Nicki makes me sound like a stripper."
"Oh yeah? What's so wrong with that?" he smirks, teasing.
"Well, would you like me to call you Billy the Bulge? Is that much better than Nicki?" I quirk an eyebrow.
"You're right," he says. I raise both my eyebrows at this confession. "Billy the Bulge is much better than Nicki." He laughs and then pushes me into the pool, following after me.Todos los derechos reservados
